Born and raised in Minneapolis, Minn. Brad later relocated to Southern California where he graduated from the University of California at Long Beach with a degree in marketing.

Brad's business background includes 13 years in the telecommunications industry with top sales and sales management positions with Nokia, Phillips and Pactel. He also has 6 years of real estate experience in California where he concentrated on the mortgage side of the industry.

Brad's expertise in residential real estate financing offers a real benefit to first time and second home buyers. Brad discovered Park City skiing in 1968 and later spent 13 years as a ski instructor and assistant director of a race department.

In addition to skiing Brad enjoys golf, mountain biking and motorcycle touring. His background and current interests make it possible for him to be effective in all areas of the park City real estate market and he particularly enjoys the recreational market.
