Brad Sabako has been performing as a successful Realtor in Park City for over seven years and has been involved in various Real Estate ventures. Although Brad has successfully negotiated one of the higher sales in town, $11,300,000; he has been adept at responding to clients needs in all price ranges.

Sabako's business background includes 13 years in the High Tech/Telecommunications industry with top sales, sales management, and business development positions with Industry Leaders such as: Nokia, Phillips, and Pactel Communications. He has used this corporate experience to become a better negotiator for his Real Estate clients and a better understanding of his clients businesses and interests.

An additional talent that is germane to Real Estate clients, would be Sabako's strong background in the Construction Industry. He understands the "spec" market and new construction like no other Realtor having spent many years completing remodels, constructing new homes, and building commercial buildings.

Sabako served as past President/CEO of Choice One Mortgage, located in Southern California. Prior to that, five years were spent at Bayco Mortgage, learning and practicing the Finance side of Real Estate. He was a perennial top producer.

Brad was personally chosen to represent a major new Mixed Use development in Wasatch County, by the owner of his brokerage. This development, when completed, would provide over 200 listings of condominiums and 55,000 square feet of retail space.

Sabako holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from California University at Long Beach. His personal interests range from skiing, golf, fly fishing, to motorcycle touring.
